We've designed this collection of Canva templates ourselves, here at Your VA Guide, so they're made especially for VAs rather than generic templates pulled from Canva. You can make each one your own in minutes, which takes the pressure off creating content from scratch and helps you show up consistently rather than starting over each time.

How to use them

1Click Open the Canva templates above. A page opens in a new tab showing the template, with an Edit template button underneath it.
2Click Edit template. A pop up appears saying Your template is ready, so click Open in Editor and your own copy opens in Canva, ready to edit. You may be asked to log in or create a free Canva account first.
3Swap in your own brand colours, fonts and logo so it looks like you. Keeping these consistent is what makes your content recognisable.
4Edit the wording to suit your post, then download or schedule it when you're happy.
Tip: save your edited templates to a folder in Canva so you can reuse them again and again, just updating the words each time.
