Please read these terms carefully. By using our website, signing up for our free resources, or joining our membership, you agree to these terms.

About the membership

The Your VA Guide membership gives you access to a library of digital resources to help you start and grow your Virtual Assistant business, including planners, checklists, templates, calculators and guides. New resources are added regularly. The resources are provided for your own personal and business use.

Membership and payment

The membership costs £8.99 per month. When you join, you agree to a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month until you cancel. Payment is taken automatically on the same date each month, using the payment details you provide. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

We may change the membership price in the future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to you, so you can decide whether to continue.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Because the membership gives you immediate access to digital content, payments already made are not refunded, including for the current month. By joining and accessing the content straight away, you agree that you will not have the usual 14 day cancellation and refund period that normally applies to online purchases. You can still cancel at any time to stop future payments.

Your account

When you join, you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account. Please do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.

How you can use the resources

The resources inside the membership are for your own personal and business use as a Virtual Assistant. You may use and adapt them within your own business. You may not share, copy for others, resell, republish or redistribute the resources, or give anyone else access to the membership or your account.

Free resources

From time to time we offer free resources, such as our free workbook. These are also for your own personal and business use and are covered by the same usage terms above.

Intellectual property

All content on our website and inside the membership, including the resources, text, designs and branding, belongs to Your VA Guide unless stated otherwise. You are given permission to use the resources as described in these terms, but ownership stays with us.

No guarantees

Our resources and content are provided for general guidance and educational purposes to support you in building your Virtual Assistant business. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and you should seek your own professional advice where needed. While we share practical tools and information, we cannot guarantee any particular result, level of income or business success, as this depends on many things outside our control.

Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care to provide a helpful, working membership and accurate resources. However, to the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any loss that results from your use of, or reliance on, our resources, or from any interruption to the website or membership. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the membership if you break these terms, for example by sharing your account or misusing the resources.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the membership after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
